Why isn't my video working?
The most common reason is that the video doesn't have auto-captions enabled. Some videos, especially older ones or those in certain languages, don't have captions available. The tool will tell you if that's the case.
Is it really free?
Yes. No credit card, no account needed, no hidden limits. We're in our launch period and offering full access for free. There may be paid tiers in the future, but there will always be a free option.
Can I use this for private or unlisted videos?
No — the tool can only access publicly available videos and their captions. Private or unlisted content isn't accessible.
How do I report a bug?
Email is best for bugs. Include the video or channel URL and a description of what happened. Screenshots help too.
