We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

5. Credits and Payments

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to extract transcripts and are deducted based on video length and quantity.

5.2 Pricing and Billing

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled

5.3 Refunds

Credits and subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent service usage. Contact support@youtubetranscript.pro for refund requests.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The YouTube Transcript Pro service, including its design, functionality, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Transcripts extracted through our service are derived from publicly available YouTube content. You are responsible for:

• Respecting the copyright of the original video creators
• Complying with YouTube's Terms of Service

6.3 YouTube API Compliance

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, contact us at support@youtubetranscript.pro.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the service or credit system
• Non-payment of fees
• Any reason, at our sole discretion

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited and non-refundable. Sections of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
